John Upton, CEO of No1 Lounges, commented: “With the pandemic behind us, we welcome this transaction which will allow us to strengthen and secure our business and continue our mission of providing our customers with stylish dining, drinking and relaxing to ease fly before they do.

“The new funding will allow us to further improve No1’s lounge experience so we can continue to offer our customers industry-leading innovation and choice. We can’t wait for the trip to return and our shop to reopen after such a turbulent year. We are excited about the future and look forward to welcoming our customers again. “

“We are very excited about the opportunity to invest in the exciting No1 brand,” said Mignon Buckingham, CEO of Airport Dimensions. “The acquisition of No1 Lounges (which follows closely the launch of our Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club brand in partnership with JPMorgan Chase) solidifies our position as the leading provider of premium airport lounges and experiences worldwide.

“The No1 lounges are offered in parallel to our Club Aspire offering and enable us to offer passengers and airports a greater variety and a differentiated and unrivaled travel experience. No 1 Lounges, Airport Dimensions and Swissport are fully in line with our commitment to provide travelers with a more unique, personal and enjoyable experience throughout the airport journey and to offer them an alternative to other F&B options during their stay at the airport.
