Later this year the Midlands is hosting a new outdoor festival featuring silent disco, street food and teepees.
The new festival, the Shropshire Party at Quarry Park, takes place on Friday 20th May and Saturday 21st May.
The outdoor event takes place at Shrewsbury Quarry, where local drinks and tasty street food will be served alongside a music stage, teepees and live entertainment.

Local brewers and producers serve real ales, cider, gin, wine, prosecco and cocktails.
The area’s best bands perform on a live music stage and the popular Shropshire Oktoberfest silent disco tent returns to the park.
It is organized by Shropshire Festivals who this year alone plan to host the Shropshire Kids Festival, Shropshire Party at Quarry Park, Shrewsbury Food Festival, Shropshire Oktoberfest and more.
Beth Heath, Director said: “After the fantastic sell-out response to last year’s Shropshire Oktoberfest we were hungry for another event on the calendar with a party vibe.
“After two years of lockdowns and restrictions, we want 2022 to be fun and we will ensure many brilliant events take place throughout the year.
“We want to mix all the most popular elements of Oktoberfest and the food festival with sunshine, have a great time with friends in the beautiful parkland of the quarry and party until the sun goes down.
“Help us create a million smiles in 2022 by attending a party at the quarry!”
The Shropshire Party at Quarry Park takes place at Shrewsbury Quarry Park on Friday 20 May from 5pm to 10pm and Saturday 21 May from 11am to 10pm.
